4. Listing Content

By posting a listing, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the images and content

  • Your listing does not violate any U.S. laws

5. Communication

Users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, scams, or spam messaging is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

USA Classimonk is a listing platform only. We are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.
We are not responsible for:

  • Product condition

  • Payments

  • Delivery

  • Fraud committed by other users

7. Removal of Content

We may remove or suspend listings or accounts that violate our terms.

8. Changes to Terms

USA Classimonk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

To maintain a safe marketplace, please follow these posting rules:

Allowed Listings:

✔ For sale items
✔ Jobs & employment
✔ Services
✔ Real estate
✔ Vehicles
✔ Community posts
✔ Business listings

Not Allowed:

❌ Illegal items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods)
❌ Adult / 18+ content
❌ Counterfeit products
❌ Hate speech or violent content
❌ Duplicate or spam listings
❌ Misleading or fraudulent ads

Listing Requirements:

  • Clear and accurate title

  • Honest description

  • Real photos only

  • Correct category selection

  • No keyword stuffing

  • No external links promoting other classified sites

  • No “work from home scam” postings

Renewal & Expiry

Listings stay active for 3 months.
You may renew them anytime from your account.
